Chief Executive Officer T-Systems
Reinhard Clemens (born 1960) is Chief Executive Officer of T-Systems and a Member of the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom AG. He has been the member responsible for T-Systems on the Telekom board since December, 2007.
Mr. Clemens launched his career as General Manager of the Association for Industry Automation in 1990. In 1994, Mr. Clemens began his career at IBM, holding various positions in sales, service and outsourcing until he left the company in 2001 to join Systematics AG. There he served as member of the board of management responsible for sales.
In 2001, Mr. Clemens began working for EDS in Germany. As the chairman of the executive board, he was responsible for sales, business operations and strategy in Central Europe.
Mr. Clemens graduated with a degree in electrical engineering from the RWTH Aachen University in Aachen, Germany, having also worked as a research assistant for the machine tool engineering chair at the same university.
Dr. Ferri Abolhassan
Director of Information Technology (IT) Division
Dr. Ferri Abolhassan is Member of the T-Systems Board of Management, responsible for the IT Division and Telekom Security. From 1985 to 1988, Dr. Ferri Abolhassan completed a bachelor’s degree in computer science at Saarland University in Saarbrücken, Germany. After graduating, he worked at Siemens and IBM prior to completing his doctorate in 1992. He held various senior positions at SAP and IDS Scheer, before joining T-Systems in September 2008 as Head of Systems Integration and a member of the Board of Management.
In late 2010, Abolhassan took on role of Head of Production, before becoming Director of Delivery in 2013. In January 2015, Abolhassan was appointed Director of the T-Systems IT Division, with responsibility for approximately 30,000 employees and some 6,000 customers. Moreover, to address new IT imperatives, Deutsche Telekom has created an organizational unit for security solutions, to be headed up by Abolhassan. The new business will combine and consolidate all of Deutsche Telekom’s security activities, and will market its cyber security offerings.

Director of Digital Division (DD)
Since August 1, 2015, Anette Bronder is Member of the Board of Management of T-Systems International and responsible for the Digital Division.
The Digital Division supports companies in implementing their digitization strategies. The newly set up unit develops highly scalable, platform-based and standardized products.
Anette Bronder has a degree in business and social sciences with a major in political science from the University of Stuttgart. She has more than 19 years of experience in the areas of delivery services, operations and consulting.
She began her professional career at Hewlett-Packard, where she held a number of management positions, including Director of Professional Services for Central and Eastern Europe and Director of HP Consulting Deutschland. During her time at HP, Anette Bronder was responsible for integrating the delivery resources of Compaq and EDS at HP.
From September 2010 to March 2013, Anette Bronder headed up the Technology Enterprise unit at Vodafone GmbH in Germany. From April 2013 to July 2015, she was Director of Group Enterprise Solutions at Vodafone, where she was responsible for Enterprise Delivery and Operations in all markets. This included standard products as well as complex solutions in the fixed network, mobile communications and convergent services segments. She was also part of Vodafone's Senior Leadership Team.
Director Telecommunications Division (TC)
After an international School education (Japan, South Africa) and studying business administration, Patrick Molck-Ude, born in 1966, spent in various Top Management positions at IBM.
In 2004 he moved as Executive Vice President Multinational Corporations to T-Mobile International AG in Bonn.
Two years later Molck-Ude joined T-Mobile Deutschland GmbH as Senior Vice President Business Sales. At Deutsche Telekom AG, Business Customers he was appointed Senior Vice President Business Sales and Member of the Board of Management from 2007 until 2010.
From 2010 he was Senior Vice President Business Customer Sales and Service and since 2013 he departed as Senior Vice President Sales and Service Business Customer at Telekom Deutschland GmbH.
Since January 2015 Patrick Molck-Ude is Managing Director Telecommunications Division (TC) at T-Systems and Member of the Board of Management of T-Systems International GmbH.
Dr. Markus Müller
Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Deutsche Telekom
Markus Müller (born in 1962), earned his doctorate in computer science at the University of Passau. He started his professional career at McKinsey & Co., mainly working in Germany and the USA in the finance industry. He held various IT management positions in Allianz Group and at Dresdner Bank afterwards.
Following his time as Associate Principal and member of the Business Technology Office at McKinsey & Co., Markus Müller moved to Allianz in 2000, initially responsible for the e-Business strategy of the Allianz Group. After building up Group IT, he took over the lead for IT restructuring and Direct Banking as Chief Operating Officer IT at Dresdner Bank in 2003. Three years later Markus Müller returned to Allianz as Head of Group IT, responsible for the development of an international IT Shared Service approach in the operative insurance business. As Chief Executive Officer of the European data center, he successfully steered the pan-European consolidation. In 2010, Markus Müller was appointed Chief Information Officer of the Allianz Holding.
Since June 1, 2012, Markus Müller has been Director of Telekom IT at T-Systems International GmbH. In this position, he is responsible for IT at Deutsche Telekom Group.
Director Human Resources
Georg Pepping (born 1969) began his career with the Deutsche Telekom Group in 1997 as a commercial lawyer at T-Data Gesellschaft für Datenkommunikation mbH, where he took over as head of the internal legal department the following year. In 1999 he moved to the Group Employee Terms and Conditions department at Deutsche Telekom AG Group Headquarters, where he was responsible for collective bargaining at domestic Group companies. He was appointed head of the Remuneration Systems and Total Compensation department in 2001.
In 2003, Mr. Pepping took over the Human Resources Management (HRM) central department at Deutsche Telekom AG Group Headquarters. As Head of the HRM Competence Center, he was responsible for compensation & benefits within the Deutsche Telekom Group, including social, collective agreement and co-determination policies in the Group.
Georg Pepping has been Head of Human Resources and Labor Director at T-Systems and member of the Board of Management since September 1, 2010.
Director Finance & Controlling
Thilo Kusch came to the position of the Chief Executive Officer of Makedonski Telekom and President of the Board of Directors of T-Mobile Macedonia on April 8th, 2013. Mr. Kusch comes to Makedonski Telekom from the position of Chief Financial Officer of Magyar Telekom. He holds a degree in communication engineering and business administration from Technische Universität Berlin.
He started his career by establishing and successfully running a private company selling PCs and PC networks to residential and small business customers.
From 1992 to 1998, he worked in a leading position in Arthur D. Little's Telecoms, IT, media and entertainment practice as a management consultant.
From 1998 to 2001, he was telecommunications equity analyst with Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
He joined Deutsche Telekom Group in 2001 as a Senior Director in charge of IPO preparations and investor relations for T-Mobile International. Since April 2002, he was a Senior Executive Vice President of Deutsche Telekom in charge of investor relations. From 2006 he has been part of Magyar Telekom as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Magyar Telekom.
